This policy describes what The Glinda Group collects through engage.glindagroup.com, how that information is used, and your rights regarding it.

What we collect

When you complete the contact form on any page, we record what you submit directly: your name, email, company name (optional), company size, role, and a free-text description of the symptom you're trying to address.

Each submission also carries a small set of context fields collected automatically: the page you were on when you submitted, the page that referred you, the time of submission, and any standard UTM tracking parameters present in the URL (source, medium, campaign, content, term). UTM values are persisted within your browser session so that internal navigation between symptom pages doesn't strip the original attribution.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Every page on this site loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a JavaScript tracker provided by LinkedIn Corporation. Its purpose is to let us measure whether our paid LinkedIn activity is driving qualified inquiries, to build retargeting audiences of people who have visited the site, and to count form submissions as conversions. The tag fires on page load and reports the visit to LinkedIn along with whatever identifier LinkedIn has for your session (a cookie set by linkedin.com domains; we do not see this identifier).

Conversion events are recorded when you reach /thanks/ (i.e., when you submit the contact form successfully). Page views on other URLs are recorded as ordinary visits and used for audience building inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

If you have JavaScript disabled, a 1×1 pixel fallback fires instead of the script. To opt out of LinkedIn ad measurement and analytics across the web, see LinkedIn's preferences at linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/62931. Standard browser-level tracker blockers (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Brave's shields, Safari Intelligent Tracking Prevention) also block the tag.

Apart from the LinkedIn Insight Tag, we do not use other cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

How we use it

Submissions are used to reply to your inquiry and to follow up on any engagement that develops. Context fields help us understand where conversations are coming from. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Form data is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database, operated by Google LLC, which acts as our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to The Glinda Group's team. Storage and transmission are governed by Google's own security controls and terms.

Your choices

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, any information you've submitted by emailing team@glindagroup.com. We aim to respond within five business days.

Updates

If we materially change how data submitted through this site is handled, we'll update this page and adjust the "last updated" date above.
